The School Improvement Framework

The School Improvement System

This is our method for delivering focused and measurable improvement across all areas of school life. It includes:

• A clear Framework for each priority area (e.g. Teaching, Behaviour, SEND).

• A three-year Strategy (Establish – Embed – Evolve) to ensure long-term vision becomes consistent daily practice.

• The GROW Cycle – a short-term action cycle used throughout the year to evaluate, plan, take ownership, and monitor progress.

This system ensures our goals don’t stay on paper — they are lived, tracked, and delivered.
