Parent Governor Ballot
Parent Governor Election – November 2025
We are pleased to launch the election for two Parent Governor vacancies on the Governing Board of New Moston Primary School.
Parent Governors play a vital role in school life. They bring a diverse range of skills, perspectives, and experiences to strengthen the board’s work and help ensure the very best outcomes for all children.
While each governor is a parent of a child at the school, they are a representative of the parent body as a whole, working in partnership with staff and fellow governors. Parent Governors are selected for the skills and perspectives they bring, helping to strengthen the Governing Board and support the strategic development of the school.
Please take time to read each candidate’s statement below and then cast your vote by selecting up to two candidates.

I’ve completed trauma training focused on children and have experience working in high schools, supporting pupils with additional needs. I am enhanced DBS checked and committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where all children can thrive. I would be honoured to serve and be a part of the School Community.
